ICONIX OPENS HOLLYWOOD OFFICE HOLLYWOOD - Iconix Video (www.iconixvideo.com), manufacturer of the small HD-RH1 HD video camera, has opened a new office at Sunset Gower Studios. The new location will serve the film and television communities, and can provide Iconix customers with 24/7 access to sales support and customer service. (1/3/2008) The compact HD-RH1 is a 3 CCD camera that can capture and output video in both NTSC and PAL formats in all HD resolutions, including 720p, 1080i and 1080p, while supporting frame rates of 24, 25, 30, 50 and 60 fps. The HD-RH1 camera has been used to capture high definition footage for projects such as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Recently, the HD-RH1 was used to capture HD bullfighting footage for ESPN's new multi-themed primetime newsmagazine show E:60.
Anna Alcorn, previously with Panavision's Plus 8 Digital, has been hired to serve as senior account manager, providing sales and support services for the office.
